Troubleshooting Your Upgrade to 7.0

I am trying to upgrade from Gupta Program 6.0 to 7.0 Premium Account, I’m but I’m stuck on a Free Trial account

You may have accidentally signed up to a Free Trial account rather than the Premium Account on 7.0

In this case, please follow the steps below:

Please do the following to delete your account; then, you can follow the upgrade process again. 

1.Click on their member photo, or on the app, the bottom right-hand button
2.Click on personal settings
3.Click on account
4.Click on permanently delete account
5.Then follow the upgrade steps sent in your email, or click this link after logging in.

I can’t login to Gupta Program 7.0 using my old log in details

Gupta Program 7.0 is a completely new platform, so you’ll need a new account on here. If you are upgrading, follow the instructions above, and don’t click ‘sign in’, create a new account.

Also, when logging in to 7.0, please make sure you are using the new password that you create when upgrading, and not the old password for 6.0
