FAQs
- Will the webinar series be on the new platform? Yes, the webinars will continue on the new platform. And the difference is that you will have access to as many webinar series as you like, for the duration of your membership. We will cease the support for webinar series on the old platform after Webinar series 36
- Will the old platform continue? We invite you to upgrade as soon as you can, as we will close the old platform soon. However we will give you plenty of notice.
- Will the webinar replays still remain on the original platform? The old webinar series before series 35 will no longer be available once we close the old member site. The new platform already has the webinar recordings of Series 35, and everyone will have access to the Series 36. Therefore you will continue to have access to the latest webinar series and recordings as part of our complimentary access when you upgrade.
- What is the cost of renewing after my free one year upgrade? On this new platform 7.0, we will be providing many more exciting features for Retrainers, including:
- Brand new app
- Regular "Guptacise" which are group Zoom meditations and group brain retraining practice with a qualified coach
- Access to 3 webinar series with Ashok Gupta worth $357 (including recordings)
- Upgraded community features
- Access to new stretching/yoga videos, laughter workshops and more
- New ways the program is delivered to make it easier to use

Therefore the cost after one year to renew is the same as the original subscription price of $349. This works out at $29 per month, which is just $1 a day. We feel this offers great value for money.
We understand that the previous platform renewal price was $50, but this was simply to maintain access to the videos and audios. To honor this $50 upgrade fee, after one year, if you still wish to only renew for $50, we will continue to offer a basic package similar to the old member area 6.0. This will only include access to the main program videos sessions 1-15, audio exercises, 10min & 20min meditations and the forum.
The $50 renewal will not include any of the extra features listed in the bullet points above, due to the extra investment and resources associated with these new features.
We hope this gives you a freedom of choice as to what kind of renewal you would like to continue with, and caters to everyone's needs.
