It can be a time of changes in nature: on the trees new growth as Spring comes in the North, leaves changing colour as Autumn comes in the South.
Weather patterns changing: hot dry weather being followed by some welcome rain in the South, cold wet or icy weather being followed by milder temperatures and some sunshiny days.
Traditionally for many cultures, it is a time to show love on Valentine’s Day.
What has this got to do with Gupta-ing?
First: Here in the forum we always celebrate each others’ positive changes: tiny baby steps (new growth), subtle changes in mood to an increase in positivity, hope, and faith in the retraining (like leaves beginning to show their wonderful Autumn colours.)
Second: Dips can often lead to a new improvement, just like welcome rain following a hot dry spell leads to recovery in nature, and warmer weather brings out the new life where life was dormant through winter.
Third: Forum members show love and compassion not only to our life’s partner but to each other and especially to ourselves, not just in February, but all year round.
Take the chance to give yourself a treat on Valentine’s Day. You deserve it, and are worth it.

Having been forced to stop working aged 53 due to CFS, I was later diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well. (With the added challenges of hypersensitivity to chemicals, smells, various foodstuffs, bright light, noise, etc.)
10 years later I found the Gupta Program and started my recovery. Wanting to pay back some small part of what I owe the Gupta Program I later volunteered to be a moderator in the Facebook Gupta Forum.
