Long Covid

I’ve had long covid for 18 months and have been doing the program for the last 4 months. The program is comprehensive and gives you a selection of tools that you can use depending on what you are experiencing. I have seen some change in my symptoms but what has been most beneficial is the change in my outlook that the program has made. I feel more optimistic and positive than I did before starting the program
