I have been using the Gupta Program for 7 months for Long Covid and have seen massive improvments in this time. I would highly reccommend it and I plan to continue using it until fully recovered and beyond. I have been impressed by the additional support available from the Facebook group ,it is a treasure trove of useful advice and a great platform for support and learning.
