Took the edge off right away! SO supportive!

The Gupta Program has been a comfort and a relief during a dark time. To my surprise, following the program took the edge off my chemical sensitivities symptoms. It’s been a real support in my healing from chemical sensitivites and as I heal Lyme Disease.

My only complaint is their use of gendered language. The program could use some modern consulting and training to make it more accessible to transgender and non-binary people who I am already recommending it to. For example, when they have a “women’s” group, they could call it woman and trans group, to make it clear that transgender women are welcome.
