An ongoing review for this program

This is an updated review of this program. I hope people with conditions like CFS, long haul covid, anxiety, aftermath of Lyme and other conditions do give it a try. Integrative physicians including one integrative neurologist I know of, recommend it to their patients. I have used the program to good benefit for MCS and CFS and have continued to periodically revisit the webinars when I can. I started the program several years ago and the webinars can help one to continue to stay with the protocols. However I did not make 80% recovery and there are sometimes some bumpy setbacks (not as severe as when my condition manifested) so it is important to recognize that the program is an adjunct therapy, can be helpful, and worth the try whether one makes it to 80%-100% recovery or not. Many people have made it to that point based on feedback from other retrainers. I do commend Ashok’s original hypothesis written back in 2000 as it was ahead of its time in that this hypothesis is now much more understood by physicians and worth a read if people haven’t: Gupta’s original hypothesis published in 2000 guptaprogram dot com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/cfs-hypothesis-medical-hypotheses-article dot pdf (please note edit of link to correct for your browser). I wish everyone great improvement in their health and the Gupta program is a good adjunct therapy. It is affordable as well. Best to all on your journey.
