This program is excellent support & value for money for anyone suffering chronic illness. Gupta has created not only a very thoughtful & comprehensive program, but a supportive community that helps to ease the isolation of chronic illness. I haven’t personally seen a significant shift in my symptoms (MCAS) yet, but I still greatly value the daily framework Gupta provides, & his system clearly does help people overcome fatigue. Where the NHS ignores the growing problem of chronic illness, Gupta has stepped towards sufferers with open arms, practical tools & an open mind that seeks to continually improve & evolve his program – impressive! He strikes a brilliant balance between good science while tending the heart & soul. Strongly recommend.
