This program has been a great help to me through getting results of letting go of childhood trauma. The meditations are so helpful and sometimes the 7 steps are hard to do but if your consistent it rally does pay off, I have noticed that my turn around time with anxiety and stress has been much faster the retraining really is working . The accelerator is a big game changer for me too, not easy but good results from it . Ashok has out a lot of work and though into this program and is a really good coverage of everything you need for whatever your retraining for . I also love the puppets they add to the webinars .
