I developed serious digestive problems as a result of long term stress. Two years of visits and treatments by gastroenterologists were unproductive and deeply discouraging. Fortunately, I found a nutritionist who has been a great help. She recommended I try the Gupta Program as she herself had benefitted from it. It has been a revelation. In the last three months, I have learned so much about the neuroscience of the mind body connection and I believe the significant improvement in my symptoms is due to the brain retraining and meditation practice. Most importantly, I have discovered a more peaceful and joyful way to experience life. I expect these benefits to be lifelong for which I am profoundly grateful.
