Great value for such a comprehensive programme

I love the way Ashok has continually updated and evolved the programme over the years. It is such great value and has helped me a lot in my recovery. The only negative thing I would say is that I didn’t feel prepared or “warned” enough about how tired I was going to be once I started to calm down my nervous system. It took me by surprise, I got a bit scared and stopped the techniques for a while. (I do, of course, appreciate that that would not be the case for everyone).
I would definitely recommend this programme to anyone recovering from ME/CFS.
