Audio Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing audio issues, please follow the steps below before contacting the clinic at

On A Desktop

Please make sure that your video volume is turned up or unmuted.

To do this, please click on the volume bars located on the bottom right-hand side of the video - please see the photo below.

You may also have a speaker icon on the left-hand side of your video. Please click on this to unmute your video.

If you cannot see either of these, please open your video in full-screen mode.

On A Phone

If you are using the program on your phone and have no sound, please try the following:
1) Open your video in full-screen mode
2) Hold the volume icon
3) Adjust the volume
