See what all the fuss is about! Experience the power of group coaching in this one-off session with Gupta Program Coach Jen Evans
Date: 12th January 2021 Time: 3.30 – 4.45pm UK Time Cost: £25 Email jenevanseft@gmail.com to book a place
This one-off taster session gives you an insight into the power of group coaching sessions. We will follow the format of a session from the regular 6-week group program, including some inspirational coaching on a foundational topic or technique from the program, followed by some self-awareness exercises to help you find clarity on patterns to work with, and then a group exercise on working with the pattern identified. There will be time for Q&A at the end and attendees will receive a discount code for one of the full 6-week coaching programs starting on 19th or 21st January 2021.
A recent attendee on a group gave this feedback:
“Thanks to Jen’s outstanding group coaching sessions, I discovered, then resolved, my barriers to re-training and experienced significant increases in my understanding of how to heal as well as how to effectively personalize my healing journey. I believe in my recovery, feel genuinely empowered to improve my well-being, experience less pain and more joy, plus, I am sleeping better!” Susan, US

As another recent participant in one of my group coaching programs said:
“I found being part of a group healing and grounding. Jen holds a space which felt safe and open. I was able to step into self compassion though exercises we explored and the regular meet up of the group helped me feel connected to others in this healing journey and not feel so isolated in this process. I look forward to more group work with Jen in the future and continued healing.” Jodhi, UK
To book a place, email jenevanseft@gmail.com and I will send you a coaching agreement with payment details, a reminder of the time and date, and a Zoom link to attend the online session.
