I have never worked with such a caring, tolerant, flexible and supportive team before. I am truly grateful to be able to be a part of this team.

Our loving community forum is an exclusive and private space for Retrainers to learn more about the program, share their successes and help support others.

Become Part of Our Loving Forum Team

A Facebook forum volunteer is a fun and flexible role, enabling you to contribute in a way that suits your lifestyle. You make your own hours and choose which tasks you would personally like to be involved with. It's a wonderful way to give back to the forum, be part of a supportive team and make new friends.

Forum Volunteer & Gupta Graduate
Being a volunteer for the Gupta forum has helped me to anchor and strengthen so many parts of retraining! From pacing, to discussing issues regarding illness and recovery; also, feeling joy for others’ accomplishments, and learning and honoring my limitations. It is teaching me better boundaries; how to nurture my empathic self while in a social atmosphere; and so much more. And this is my first experience in forming deep, healthy relationships with others. It’s a supportive environment to begin to spread one’s wings and get ready for reintroduction to life, and all of its unique nuances.

It is a wonderful model of how work life can function well, as everyone is understanding and supportive. And - the hours are super flexible! I know now that, when I reintegrate fully, I will do so in a balanced way. That really is priceless to me, an extra bonus of the program, if you will.

If you would like to give back to the Gupta Program but are uncertain how to do it, becoming a forum volunteer is a great place to start. FVs keep an eye open for posts or comments that violate group policies and send a heads-up to the mods. They also keep a look-out for helpful and insightful posts or comments - we have a wealth of group wisdom accumulating in the files and photo album section. And my GP practice has deepened and strengthened a lot as a result of being part of the Mod/FV team.
