I moved across America to the high desert after years of suffering from mold, chemical, and food sensitivities. My sensitivities and symptoms eased up a bit after my move but were still quite present. Bells went off in my head when I read Ashok Gupta’s detailed analysis of why my reactions were still happening. A few days after starting the Gupta Program I stopped reacting to anything for several days, which was a miracle. Since then if I have a reaction to something I can stop the reaction and all symptoms in seconds using the program.
