Frances as a Gupta Coach (since 2008) operates from the UK and offers 1-1 and group coaching online by Zoom. Rebecca Kropschot

Rebecca has been an accredited life coach since 2009 and became certified as a Gupta Program Coach in 2023. She lives in the Rocky Mountain West of the United States and offers in-person and Zoom group and personal coaching sessions.

Her decision to become a Gupta Program Coach arose from her own healing journey from MAST Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), a Neuro-Immune Conditioned Syndrome. She spent decades with medical professionals chasing individual symptoms not knowing all of them were indicators for MCAS. Now her passion, as a Gupta Program Coach, is to help others with chronic conditions.

She loves learning and continues to practice what it is to live a good life despite, or more importantly because of, past traumas or current challenges. Life experiences have helped her to be a compassionate coach. She is a careful listener and loves creating a safe space for her clients to heal. She is a Siberian Husky lover, nature, and hiking enthusiast and has summited several 14k peaks in the last ten years in Washington, California, and Colorado. Heather Boyer

Heather’s personal journey of recovery from 27 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome using the Gupta Program is the foundation of her coaching – since 2012.
Having reclaimed her own health and happiness she is a passionate advocate of the Gupta Program.

She maintains her role as a teacher in her local community using her 29 years as a yoga teacher, 40 years of Insight Meditation practice and more recently a Diploma in Buteyko Breathing.

Caroline van Lankveld

Guiding people to live more consciously, more friendly and to be more free: that is the passion of Caroline. By supporting clients to bring body, head, and heart more into balance. In 2015 she started her practice for coaching, body-oriented psychotherapy, and trauma therapy (Somatic Experience Practitioner). She is also a mindfulness- and compassion trainer. Life itself has been providing her with a learning journey. Caroline had several burnouts, diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) and cancer. Barbara Payne

I’m a Gupta Amygdala Retraining Coach (2016), and an Organic Intelligence® Certiﬁed Coach (2022). I enjoy learning and expanding my skills and am enrolled in the Body Trust certification program and on the pathway to certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor.

Before finding these methods, I experienced improvements with energy work and flower essences and have been in practice as a flower essence practitioner since 2000. The Gupta Program was the final method I needed to recover completely from chronic fatigue, chemical sensitivities, electromagnetic sensitivities, and food sensitivities. Shonna Stokowski

Shonna is a passionate advocate of the Gupta Brain Retraining Program, after using it to fully reclaim her health and life in 2014. Prior to her recovery she was diagnosed with labels such as ME/CFS, POTS, MCS, mold sensitivity, Lyme, food sensitivities and others. She spent many years searching for solutions and implementing countless regimens, prior to the success with the Gupta Program.

Shonna completed the 2-year Gupta Coach Training and became certified in 2019. She has a health science background and graduated from the University of Alberta in 1993. She is a Heart Math Trainer and Coach with The HeartMath Institute, a Neurolinguistic Programing Practitioner, and a Support Coach and Student Advisor for the Gupta Coach Training Program. She draws inspiration from the work of Dr. Rick Hanson who is the creator of Hardwiring Happiness and Dr. Carolyn Leaf who is a Christian neuroscientist. She is constantly learning about brain neurobiology, and how to use this information to support health.

In her own healing journey, having a compassionate and encouraging coach who had experienced a similar journey made all the difference in her recovery. Susan Smith Herberger

Susan began seeing clients in 2019 as a coach in training, completing certification as Gupta Program Coach in 2023. She lives in Michigan and offers sessions internationally online via Zoom.

Her coaching is shaped by her personal history and training as Gupta Program Coach, Health Coach, NLP practitioner, and Chaplain, and centers around the Gupta Program tools and techniques, drawing upon NLP, Attachment Theory, Boundary work, Parts work, Trauma work, and NVC (communication).

Ursula Rothamel

Ursula is a Gupta coach (2009) based in Germany, in Weinheim near Heidelberg.

Originally a physicist, Ursula was intrigued by both the scientific foundations and the deep wisdom comprised in the Gupta Program. After her own full recovery from Fibromyalgia and CFS/ME, Ursula felt a strong wish to share her amazing experience and help others recover. She set out by following a course in health counseling with Andreas Winter and completed a training class in Integral life coaching with Veit Lindau.

Drawing upon the principles of Gupta Brain Retraining, Ursula is working with clients suffering from symptoms of fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, MCS and EHS and specializes in digestive issues.

In 2023, Ursula is celebrating her 15^th anniversary of recovery, and her 14^th year as a Gupta coach. During those years, her enthusiasm for the potential of the Gupta Program has only grown further, her understanding deepened, and she is more than ever convinced that this program provides all the tools and the wisdom required so that, with both empathy and perseverance, any type of obstacle can be unearthed and overcome. Ursula is welcoming beginners just as well as more advanced users, while it is her favorite challenge to assist stagnating retrainers on their last stretch to full recovery.

Julie Georgiana Cody

Julie Georgiana Cody started working with Clients in 2019 during her training and has been a Fully Certified Gupta Program Coach since 2021, she is a Master NLP Practioner and has Diploma’s in Neuroplasticity, Mindfulness and Meditation. She is Passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward health and Happiness.

Julie is based in the UK, where she lives with her Husband, 3 children and her Blind Cat. She became unwell with ME/CFS in 2008 becoming housebound in 2014 when she found the gupta program in 2018 she was bedbound with Severe ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTs), Orthostatic Hypotension (OH), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and many downstream symptoms from Migraines, Costochondritis, Chemical Sensitivities, Hypoglycaemia and Many more, all of which left her unable to care for herself, with fulltime care. Thanks to the Gupta Program she found her full health in 2020.

Julie uses her unique interpretation of the program to support others find their own health. Clare Gee, PhD

I am a highly experienced Gupta coach, who has been coaching with the program since 2012. I used the program to fully recover from CFS and fibromyalgia and was so inspired by it that I re-trained, so I could share what I had learned with others.

Originally, I trained to PhD level, as an environmental research scientist. I am now an NLP Master Practitioner, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, with additional training in positive psychology, self-compassion and resilience. I am qualified, through the Universities of Bangor and Oxford, to teach mindfulness programs and I often incorporate mindfulness skills into my coaching sessions for additional benefit. This is supported by my decades of mindfulness and Zen meditation practice and ongoing study with meditation teachers in the UK, US and Ireland.

Jen Evans

Jen is a certified Gupta Program Coach since 2020.

She lives and works in South Wales (but dreams of moving to the Canadian Rockies!) and offers sessions online via Skype or Zoom.

After a lifetime of reoccurring digestive and respiratory illness, and many years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Jen found the Gupta Program and everything changed. Using the program as her foundation, Jen went on a transformational healing journey.

Through this eye-opening experience she found a new calling in supporting others on their own unique recovery journey. She now integrates powerful coaching and therapy tools including the Gupta Program techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping), Matrix Reimprinting, Meditation and Visualisation, NLP and Life Coaching to support healing, aligning to life purpose, and living in balance and joy.

Paulien Elzinga

As a coach, Paulien has adopted the Amygdala Retraining Program and is a Gupta coach since 2013. She manages her practice, in which she supports clients with chronic fatigue and stress regulation issues. She guides people who are highly sensitive, helping them to navigate their inner and outer world, regaining their power and ability to find inner safety and security.

She experienced Lyme disease, EBV, chronic fatigue syndrome, among other health issues, from an early age, and used the program as part of her recovery.

Her coaching mainly centers around the Gupta Amygdala Retraining program, but she also incorporates knowledge from her background in Social Psychology (MSc, Utrecht University), NLP, Meditation and Mindfulness, Healing Touch (Biofield therapy/energy healing), and her studies into Transpersonal Psychology. Lisa Irwin

Lisa Irwin is a fully certified Gupta Program Coach (2019) and NLP Practitioner based out of the USA (New Jersey). She loves working with clients and being able to help support them in their journey to health and happiness. She specializes in helping clients go deeper into the root of their beliefs and provides a safe environment for clients to open up. Lisa uses a variety of techniques tailored to each client and their individual situation.

Prior to becoming a coach Lisa worked in business both as an IT consultant and as a Vice President of Operations for a small business. Fenna van der Vijver

Fenna works as a body-oriented trauma psychotherapist since 1990 (certified at the Free University, Amsterdam, Netherlands) and also as a Gupta Program Coach since 2008 and as a Supervisor and Trainer for the Gupta Program Coach Training. She had CFS for 11 years and understands the proces deeply. She enjoys life while growing towards retirement. She lives in Spain. Fenna does not take on new clients and works mainly as a supervisor for Coaches. My name is Maria Jose Vergara. I am a registered Health Psychologist working at my own private clinic. My approach is integrative and client centred. Susan was a Gupta Amygdala Retraining Coach (2016) and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. She also had more than 20 years experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist. Susan worked to create a safe environment and relationship to help her clients cultivate healing and an overall sense of well-being. Her approach was collaborative, integrative, and non-judgmental. Susan’s interest in the Gupta Program began when she was investigating ways of healing herself from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS) and Chronic Fatigue. She supported her clients as they worked with various aspects of the Gupta Program.

Nathalie Eltink

Nathalie is a certified Dutch Gupta Coach since 2016 and collaberates closely with Fenna van der Vijver.

She lives and works in the south of The Netherlands and offers sessions mainly through skype.

ME/CFS declared itself intensly in her life in 2008 leaving her house and bed bound for 4 years. The Gupta Program combined with Gupta coaching helped her to recover her life and vitality and set her on the road to become Gupta coach herself. Her coaching concentrates on the Gupta Program in which she incorporates her extensive experience with The Work of Byron Katie, and the basics of NLP. She is greatly inspirated by Eckhart Tolle’s books and words.

She studied Marien Biology at the University of Amsterdam and Groningen, lived in Corsica for 15 years and she has a teenage daughter.

Vicki Cook

Virginia Gasión Royo

Virginia Gasión Royo collaborates as Gupta Coach since 2014. She is doing research and PhD in Psycology at the University Of Zaragoza (Spain), where she works with clients with fibromyalgia, CFS and Quemical Sensitivity. She also works on-line with english and spanish speakers.

She is been trained in Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Compassion, Coaching and NLP at the University of Zaragoza, University of California (Santa Cruz) and the Institut Gestalt de Barcelona.
She is teacher,at the University of Zaragoza, Master of Mindfulness. She works with some associations of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia of Spain as Aragón o Vasc Country using Amygdala Retraining Technique and other aproaches.
