Gupta gave me my life back!
I had CFS/ME for 10 years, Fibromyalgia for 4 years and PoTs and Orthostatic Hypotension for 2 years and a recent FND diagnosis when I found the Gupta Program. I was steadily in decline and was in a dark room fully bedbound with no noise away from my children, I had 32 pills a day and fulltime care to bathe me/dress me/feed me/help my toilet needs (I wasn’t able to get to the toilet). I had a wheelchair but couldn’t sit up for more then 5 minutes before blacking out. My HR would hit 220bpm, and was around 100bpm at rest.
I found the Gupta Program, I put in place the practices taught by Ashok. The main technique mixed with meditation got me healing and I hit 100% healthy within 3 years, although I was able to hug my children and spend time with them within 3 months, and I can walk again (no more blackouts) with a normal heart rate too!
The Gupta Program gave me my life back, my Dr and Consultants were at a loss and were just trying to stop my steady decline and help me stabilise with no luck, thanks to the Gupta program I am now working and living and enjoying life again much to their astonishment!
It’s also healed the downstream symptoms of costocondrytis, MCS, reactive hypoglycemia and more! But as a bonus issues such as psoriasis and osteoarthritis are 80% gone and migraines I’ve had for 3 decades… no longer happen!
The Gupta program simply taps into the subconscious to calm the nervous system and allow the body to heal itself. To heal I had to do the program and meditation every single day, to be mindful and aware in everything I did, and that’s not been easy but it was worth it to regain my life, to enjoy my children again and be the mum I always wanted to be.
I had nothing to loose and everything to gain and I am grateful this program was there when I needed it, I only wish I hadn’t waited so long to start…
