How Do I Use The Gupta Program If I Have Long Covid?

It is now clear that Covid-19 leaves a legacy for many people, where they suffer from symptoms for months after they have recovered. It is often called Long Covid or Long Haul Covid, but we refer to it as Chronic Post-Covid Syndrome (CPCS) where someone has had symptoms for more than 12 weeks.

If you are using the Gupta Program to heal from Long Haul Covid, you use the program in exactly the same way as you would for the other chronic conditions we treat.


In addition it is even more important to switch off the news and social media about Covid19. Instead of being affected by the daily statistics, focus on your own healing.


If you have a part which is concerned about contracting Covid19 in general (or again), the same suggestions apply as above. In addition, at Step 3, let’s speak lovingly and reassuringly to our worried part.


For example, we can say things like, “I’ll make sure we stay as safe as possible.” Or “The vast majority of people have very mild experiences of Covid19”. Or “We can be outside and still be safe and let go of fear, and we will take the appropriate precautions.”
