About The Gupta Program
The Gupta Program treatment, as developed by Ashok Gupta, is a “brain retraining” program composed of specialized neuroplasticity techniques that reduce the immune and nervous system dysfunction and hyperactivity associated with chronic conditions.
Over the last 20 years, research studies have been conducted to test the program’s effectiveness, including two independent randomized controlled trials. Each study has demonstrated the effectiveness of the program in treating chronic conditions and has helped inform better delivery for patients.
