I notice that many of my clients think they are pacing themselves, but in fact, they are burning energy really quickly.

There are two types of things that we want to pace – we want to pace physically in terms of our actions, but also mentally and emotionally.

It is just as important to pace in our minds. You might be pacing physically, but sometimes you can be rushing in your head with that wired feeling.

It is not all about the physical actions, it is also how you approach it emotionally! So it is not just what you do, it is how you do it.

The feeling, that mindset, are the foundations of your recovery, and your life.

And as you become a beautiful butterfly, many of these shifts and changes that you are making will be valuable to maintain health.
