Rebecca has been an accredited life coach since 2009 and became certified as a Gupta Program Coach in 2023.  She lives in the Rocky Mountain West of the United States and offers in-person and Zoom group and personal coaching sessions.

Her decision to become a Gupta Program Coach arose from her own healing journey from Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), a Neuro-Immune Conditioned Syndrome.  She spent decades with medical professionals chasing individual symptoms not knowing all of them were indicators for MCAS.  Now her passion, as a Gupta Program Coach, is to help others with chronic conditions.

She loves learning about and continues to practice what it is to live a healthy, happy life despite, or more importantly because of, past traumas or current challenges.  Life experiences have helped her to be a compassionate coach.  She is a careful listener and loves creating a safe space for her clients to heal.  Her commitment is to empower clients with healing tools and inspire them to find and trust their inner wisdom while addressing Neuro-Immune Conditioned Syndromes (NICS).

Her practice is based The Gupta Program Neuroplasticity/Limbic Retraining, the constructs of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brain Longevity Therapy, Somatic Work, Positive Psychology, HeartMath, and Yoga Therapy.

She received her BA in Communication at Webster University.  She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Life Coach trained in social and emotional intelligence and group dynamics.  She is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with over 650 teaching hours. She is also a Certified Gupta Coach, Trauma-Informed, and a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.

She is a Siberian Husky lover, gardener, nature and hiking enthusiast and has summited several 14k peaks in the last ten years in Washington, California, and Colorado.  She has also hiked long sections of the John Muir Trail in California’s High Sierra Mountains.  She is a wife and mother of five and grandmother of eight.
