I am very pleased with the Gupta…

I am very pleased with the Gupta Program. I am new to the practice so I cannot yet report any great improvement in my symptoms. The program is well organized, clear, and full of content. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because it took over a month for me to get my written materials and it is very difficult to get an appointment with a coach. The book is sent from across the water and had to be sent twice. There is a lot of good information. I will report back after I get deeper into the practice.

The webinar is great. Ashok Gupta is dedicated, empathetic, understanding and funny.
