Was the critical first step to healing for me

I’ve been doing the Gupta Program for about 8 months now for mold toxicity. I didn’t even realize it was helping my body heal in the beginning. I was having some new symptoms and got concerned, but looking back I realized that it was helping to calm down my nervous system and switch it into parasympathetic mode which allowed more healing to take place. I still have a long journey of healing ahead of me, but I never would have made this far if I hadn’t started the Gupta Program to get the healing process started.
