Dear Patient
I’m pleased to announce that within our clinic, we now provide brain retraining and nervous system regulation, as a complement to our existing services.
This component works in conjunction with the supplements, medications, and other therapies that we prescribe. We find that incorporating this aspect improves short and long-term health outcomes. It takes as little as 30 mins a day, and I hope you will invest time into this for your health.
For this treatment, we have partnered with the Gupta Program, which is a world-leader in providing this type of approach.. They are science-backed and have published several randomized controlled trials with great results for many illnesses.
You can register and join my private member area on the app. Simply click the link and sign up, and you will see my clinic near the top of the left hand menu after sign up, with all the instructions.
Warm regards

Guiding people to live more consciously, more friendly and to be more free: that is the passion of Caroline. By supporting clients to bring body, head, and heart more into balance. In 2015 she started her practice for coaching, body-oriented and trauma therapy (Somatic Experience Practitioner). She is also a mindfulness- and compassion trainer. In the Gupta Program, she guides retrainers in their recovery and supports GP coaches in training by giving training, personal sessions, and supervision.
Life itself has been providing her with a learning journey. Caroline had several burnouts, diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME) and cancer. In her recovery process, she learned how to use her high sensitivity and focus on her body as a key to healing. As a result, she was able to allow more strength, vibrancy, and joy into her life. In her approach she works with body and mind, creating space for relaxation, insight, vitality, focus, and personal strength. She treats a variety of complaints and requests for help, including guidance with stress management and burnout, dealing with chronic illness, anxiety and depression, high sensitivity, insecurity, mourning and loss, personal development, and career guidance. Her strengths are the ability to create the right atmosphere of trust, kindness, safety, and respect and the ability to get to the core of your issues easily. This will take you to a deeper and broader understanding of yourself, your life, your strength, and your relationships. Clients call her involved, warm, curious, calm, firm, and sharp in her perception.
In addition to insightful conversations, she uses proven methods such as body-oriented work, traumawork (Somatic Experiencing, EMDR), mindfulness and meditation, (self) compassion, Compassion Focused Therapy, relaxation techniques, positive psychology, breath work, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), visualizations, systemic work (family constellations), gestalt and yoga.
The tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh is a big inspiration for her. She is also touched by the work of A.H. Almaas, of whom she is a student since 2005. Furthermore, she practices kundalini yoga almost daily, which encourages her to fully live from her heart. She lives in the Netherlands next to the forest with her husband. They have three teenage children and a lovely dog.
Caroline supports clients over Zoom.

Rebecca has been an accredited life coach since 2009 and became certified as a Gupta Program Coach in 2023. She lives in the Rocky Mountain West of the United States and offers in-person and Zoom group and personal coaching sessions.
Her decision to become a Gupta Program Coach arose from her own healing journey from MAST Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), a Neuro-Immune Conditioned Syndrome. Life experiences have helped her to be a compassionate coach. She is a careful listener and loves creating a safe space for her clients to heal. Her commitment is to empower clients with healing tools and inspire them to find and trust their inner wisdom while addressing Neuro-Immune Conditioned Syndromes (NICS). Her practice is based on the constructs of The Gupta Program Neuroplasticity/Limbic Retraining, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brain Longevity Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Positive Psychology, HeartMath, and Yoga Therapy.

I’m a Gupta Amygdala Retraining Coach (2016), and an Organic Intelligence® Certified Coach (2022). I enjoy learning and expanding my skills and am enrolled in the Body Trust certification program and on the pathway to certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor.
Before finding these methods, I experienced improvements with energy work and flower essences and have been in practice as a flower essence practitioner since 2000. The Gupta Program was the final method I needed to recover completely from chronic fatigue, chemical sensitivities, electromagnetic sensitivities, and food sensitivities. People may choose to work with me solely for coaching, or any combination of modalities to which they are drawn.
As well as offering individual coaching sessions by videoconference and telephone, I also facilitate group coaching by videoconference (or join by telephone). Group coaching workshops include writing exercises, and I am also a professional writer. You may visit my website to see my current availability for individual coaching, and sign up for my email list to receive news about group coaching.

Shonna is a passionate advocate of the Gupta Brain Retraining Program, after using it to fully reclaim her health and life in 2014. Prior to her recovery she was diagnosed with labels such as ME/CFS, POTS, MCS, mold sensitivity, Lyme, food sensitivities and others. She spent many years searching for solutions and implementing countless regimens, prior to the success with the Gupta Program.
Shonna completed the 2-year Gupta Coach Training and became certified in 2019. She has a health science background and graduated from the University of Alberta in 1993. She is a Heart Math Trainer and Coach with The HeartMath Institute, a Neurolinguistic Programing Practitioner, and a Support Coach and Student Advisor for the Gupta Coach Training Program. She draws inspiration from the work of Dr. Rick Hanson who is the creator of Hardwiring Happiness and Dr. Carolyn Leaf who is a Christian neuroscientist. She is constantly learning about brain neurobiology, and how to use this information to support health.
In her own healing journey, having a compassionate and encouraging coach who had experienced a similar journey made all the difference in her recovery. Now she is honored to be a supportive mentor in the journey of transformation for others. She works to create a safe and accepting environment to help cultivate growth and support healing. In this process, people can discover authentic self-worth and happiness.
Over the past 2 years, Shonna has become specialized in coaching people recovering from Long Covid. The Gupta Program is highly effective in supporting the recovery of Long Covid.
Shonna lives in the Canadian Rockies, and enjoys several mountain sports and activities with her family and friends. She volunteers and has been trained with the Royal Canadian Mountain Police (RCMP) as a Victim Service Advocate for people in her community experiencing crisis. Volunteering to raise and train guide dog puppies is also a more recent passion.

Susan began seeing clients in 2019 as a coach in training, completing certification as Gupta Program Coach in 2023. She lives in Michigan and offers sessions internationally online via Zoom.
Her coaching is shaped by her personal history and training as Gupta Program Coach, Health Coach, NLP practitioner, and Chaplain, and centers around the Gupta Program tools and techniques, drawing upon NLP, Attachment Theory, Boundary work, Parts work, Trauma work, and NVC (communication).
She is passionate about supporting you on your journey to finding more health, purpose, and balance of body, mind, and spirit wherever you are in your journey and walk of life.
With a history of childhood trauma, anxiety, and a pattern of hypervigilance – food sensitivities, IBS, and digestive issues soon developed. A diagnosis of PTSD, MCS, EBV, CFS/ME, and CIRS (mold illness) among others then followed after a series of traumatic events as an adult. She went down many ‘rabbit holes’ in search of healing, until in 2017 she found the Gupta Program which was the key to her healing and the discovery of her passion and purpose.

Ursula is a Gupta coach (2009) based in Germany, in Weinheim near Heidelberg.
Originally a physicist, Ursula was intrigued by both the scientific foundations and the deep wisdom comprised in the Gupta Program. After her own full recovery from Fibromyalgia and CFS/ME, Ursula felt a strong wish to share her amazing experience and help others recover. She set out by following a course in health counseling with Andreas Winter and completed a training class in Integral life coaching with Veit Lindau.
Drawing upon the principles of Gupta Brain Retraining, Ursula is working with clients suffering from symptoms of fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, MCS and EHS and specializes in digestive issues.
In 2023, Ursula is celebrating her 15th anniversary of recovery, and her 14th year as a Gupta coach. During those years, her enthusiasm for the potential of the Gupta Program has only grown further, her understanding deepened, and she is more than ever convinced that this program provides all the tools and the wisdom required so that, with both empathy and perseverance, any type of obstacle can be unearthed and overcome. Ursula is welcoming beginners just as well as more advanced users, while it is her favorite challenge to assist stagnating retrainers on their last stretch to full recovery.
As in these recent years we’re seeing a steady increase in demand for coaching in German language, Ursula – so far, the only official Gupta coach in German – is currently working mainly with German speaking clients.
Ursula is offering consultancy and coaching in her clinic in Weinheim, as well as via telephone, Skype, or similar.

I am a highly experienced Gupta coach, who has been coaching with the program since 2012. I used the program to fully recover from CFS and fibromyalgia and was so inspired by it that I re-trained, so I could share what I had learned with others.
Originally, I trained to PhD level, as an environmental research scientist. I am now an NLP Master Practitioner, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, with additional training in positive psychology, self-compassion and resilience. I am qualified, through the Universities of Bangor and Oxford, to teach mindfulness programs and I often incorporate mindfulness skills into my coaching sessions for additional benefit. This is supported by my decades of mindfulness and Zen meditation practice and ongoing study with meditation teachers in the UK, US and Ireland.
I bring warmth, compassion and friendliness to my coaching. I ask empathic, insightful questions that can get to the heart of the beliefs and resistances that are keeping you stuck. I will work with you at any stage of your Gupta Program journey. My experience and insight can quickly help you understand how to adapt the program for your situation and give you additional skills to move you forward. I particularly enjoy helping you to reconnect with joy and rediscover purpose in life.
I have first-hand experience of going back into a workplace after my CFS recovery and balancing working full time, with a family of three sons. I can help you develop the resilience skills and practices to make recovery sustainable, long term.
I have personal experience of hEDS/joint hyper mobility and its links to anxiety and MCAS, use of a low histamine diet and how to use the Gupta program effectively with these conditions. A growing passion is learning how the menopause transition can lead to CFS and fibromyalgia, as well as IBS and histamine issues. I have also worked successfully with long COVID clients.
Although I am based in the lovely market town of Todmorden in West Yorkshire, England, I work internationally, via Zoom/Skype or phone, offering Gupta program coaching one to one and in groups. I also offer life coaching, meditation training (1-1 and groups) and some online psychotherapy (contact me to discuss). I work with adults of any gender, over 18 years old.
When I am not coaching, I love to be out in nature, meditating, walking in the mountains and my local Pennine hills and woods with my dog. I enjoy organic gardening and cooking, wild swimming, painting in pastels and watercolours and working creatively with textiles.

As a coach, Paulien has adopted the Amygdala Retraining Program and is a Gupta coach since 2013. She manages her practice, in which she supports clients with chronic fatigue and stress regulation issues. She guides people who are highly sensitive, helping them to navigate their inner and outer world, regaining their power and ability to find inner safety and security.
She experienced Lyme disease, EBV, chronic fatigue syndrome, among other health issues, from an early age, and used the program as part of her recovery.
Her coaching mainly centers around the Gupta Amygdala Retraining program, but she also incorporates knowledge from her background in Social Psychology (MSc, Utrecht University), NLP, Meditation and Mindfulness, Healing Touch (Biofield therapy/energy healing), and her studies into Transpersonal Psychology. As a coach, she is known for her gentle and compassionate nature and her clear insights into rather complex situations.
