Description of Coaching Series with Elizabeth Fletcher-McNabb and Christine Crossley
This series of five 75-minute small group coaching sessions will help to deepen your healing experience. We will be doing a deep dive into some of the themes raised in the Gupta Program Webinar Series.
The common thread through our 5 sessions will be to deepen your healing practice through a lens of safety, connection and fun. Although health is a serious business, not only is fun and joy still possible, but it also can accelerate healing.
During these sessions we will be practicing short meditations, undertaking experiential exercises, sharing our experiences, having discussions and Q&A sessions. At least one of our sessions will contain break-out rooms, and there will be an opportunity to get to each other in break-out rooms for 10 minutes after each session.
There will be a recording sent out after each session.
Breakout Rooms will be offered for this group
Breakout Room Details: In session 5 in the second half of the session there is a 10 min break out room. Each room will contain 3-4 participants. They will have suggestions as to what they discuss. After all sessions those who wish will have the opportunity to join breakout rooms with other participants (10-15min) Again around 3 participants per room.
To provide an ideal, safe healing experience for all retrainers this group is limited to 10 participants.
It is important to note that this group builds on the webinar series and offers a deeper exploration of the concepts discussed and it is advisable that you are familiar with sessions 1-5 of the Gupta Program to get the most out of it.

Lead Coach
Elizabeth Fletcher-McNabb
Hello and welcome!
I’m Elizabeth, and I couldn’t be more excited to meet those of you joining my group. I live in beautiful Wellington, New Zealand, alongside my ever-curious cat, Pandora—who has been known to make guest appearances on Zoom calls!
I’ve been a Gupta Coach since 2022 and am honoured to serve as Lead Coach for Clinical Trials. The wonderful Christine Crossley will be assisting me.
These days, I’m known for embracing life with a sense of fun and lightness—something that once felt far beyond reach. For years, I struggled with declining health. Discovering the Gupta Program was a turning point—the explanation of neural dysregulation resonated deeply, and the power of brain retraining gave me back my energy, my health, and my life.
Having experienced such profound transformation, I felt called to become a Gupta Coach—so that others could experience the same possibilities.
Beyond Gupta coaching, I bring my expertise as a health and wellness coach, nutrition consultant, scientist, and neuroscience enthusiast. I have both professional and lived experience with MCAS, POTS, CFS, MCS, Long Covid and EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). I am deeply passionate about helping others create their best, most fulfilling lives.
Whether through 1-to-1 coaching, workshops, small groups, or clinical trial support, I’m here to guide, uplift, and empower you on your journey.
I can’t wait to embark on this process together!

About Christine Crossley
Hello, I am Christine, and I am happy to be assisting Elizabeth and meeting with those who will be joining the group coaching sessions.
I am a certified Gupta Program Coach and have been working in the administration of the program for several years.
I live on Vancouver Island, in Western Canada, and enjoy all the beauty the Island has to offer.
The Gupta Program was instrumental in my own healing journey from Lyme Disease, POTs, seizures, complex regional pain syndrome and several other downstream conditions.
It is my passion to take what I learned on my healing journey to support others as they are on the road to recovery.
I am really looking forward to supporting you, alongside Elizabeth, in a small group setting, getting to know you and diving deeper into some of the healing tools the Gupta Program has to offer.
