Description of Coaching Series with Beth Austin
Beth will offer a series of five 90-minute group coaching sessions in which we will follow the themes of the Gupta Program Webinar Series. Questions from the small group participants will direct our focus so that our time together will emerge from our collective curiosity and need. Each group meeting will begin with a settling meditation and end with an integration exercise/meditation.
Our group time will include- review and practice of Gupta Program tools, learning from our collective experience Q & A, opportunities for brief 1-1 work, more in depth explorations of approaches for retraining success including generating a healing motivation and experiential retraining with awareness of supportive internal and external relationships.
There will be a recording sent out after each session.
To provide an ideal, safe healing experience for all retrainers this group is limited to 10 participants
It is important to note that this group builds on the webinar series and offers a deeper exploration of the concepts discussed and it is advisable that you are familiar with sessions 1-5 of the Gupta Program to get the most out of it.

Lead Coach
Beth Austin
Beth has been practicing as a physical and somatic therapist for over 30 years and as a Gupta Program coach since 2022. She has trained extensively in osteopathic healing work including Craniosacral Therapy and Somatoemotional (Release) Integration and has had a private practice for many years.
She recently moved from Santa Cruz, California, her home of many years, back to Tennessee, where she grew up on a farm, to support the calf at foot, ethical dairy farming movement.
Between 2018 and 2020, with the support of the Gupta Program, Beth was able to recover from chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain and food intolerances, allowing her the freedom to open to the big life unfoldings she is currently enjoying.
Back in the 1990s Beth began developing and leading small groups – first working with traditional physical therapy movement, awareness and breathwork for pain relief. In 2004 she met and studied with David Berceli and began leading Trauma Releasing Exercises small group series, leading a pilot study with this work.
Beth has been fascinated with neurology since physical therapy school and working in neuro rehabilitation in her early days as a PT. As she began to understand the roots of her own health challenges, she began studying different neuroplastic recovery approaches.
Having worked with patients with chronic pain and chronic health conditions for more than 20 years she recognized the Gupta Program’s particular approach as a kind of ‘holy grail’ she had been looking for for years professionally (and ultimately personally).
She has led 6 week Introduction to Neuroplastic Healing groups (in person before the pandemic and since via Zoom), weekly drop in Brain Retraining support groups, ongoing closed small group Brain Retraining Support Groups and also offers periodic Becoming a Healing Presence in Your Own Journey workshops for Santa Cruz Survivors Healing Center.
In addition to healing work with humans, Beth also enjoys working with animals and has spent years working in organic and biodynamic farming.
She is passionate about cultivating healing space, is a long time meditation practitioner and a current student of Thomas Hubl’s work on collective healing, developing presence and relationship as a medium for healing.
