This ongoing research study allows us to better support your health and progress.

We’ll check in with you every 3 months to see how you’re doing and ask you to complete a short (10-15 mins) survey asking you about your current health status, as well as giving you a free gift each time.

To get started, please register below by entering your first name and email address, and then you’ll receive an email from us to participate in the very first survey. Once you complete the survey, you will receive a full MP3 Meditation download pack of over 40 meditations and exercises, worth $67.

  • You will receive a gift for each survey you complete.
  • Each survey will take just 10-15 minutes of your time every 3 months.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Once you have registered above, we’ll send you an email with a link to an informed consent form and the first survey
  • Every 3 months, we send you a similar survey to rate your health status. That’s it. ☺
